A sweet, tart, and floral cocktail that looks way harder to make than it actually is.
1 egg white
3/4 ounce lime juice
3/4 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce Ash Apothecary Rose Bud syrup
2 ounces Sailor Jerry rum
Combine all ingredients into a pint glass. Using the spring of a hawthorne strainer and a Boston shaker, strain the mixture without ice until it becomes frothy. Remove strainer, fill pint glass with ice, and shake until chilled. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
